Not truly, as in first getting in, i found that the game had a specialty weapon at the start, not after you get in to the mountain, so technically not, when you were doing this, everything made you think its the same, but the intro is not the same! So please dont say its the same game and all, say your looking at it more like its regular, it also has better loadouts, it included classes, reworked the ego abilities, and other stuff, but in doing so, the game on the other version is now UNUSABLE.

Yeah, its exactly the same game only with some very small adjustments. Shooting feels pretty stiff, especially when tracking moving targets. Driving is floaty and awkward. You have no real control over your vehicle's weight.

Enemy A.I. Is extremely simplistic. They just kind of stand in the open, funnel towards you in a line, or rotate around cover while shooting. Character Animations are stiff and clunky.

Female models in particular move unnaturally. Graphics are virtually the same as the original. And even though the original was from 2013, it looks like a game from 2007.Despite what they say, it is not a remake, a 'reimagining', or a sequel. Rather they just ported the game to PS4/Xbox One. I am not going to lie, it's not what I thought it was going to be.

Review title of Samurai Kadaj It's Defiance on Xbox One. Remember Defiance on the Xbox 360? Had a tv show tie-in by the same name? That's this game. It's literally the exact same game, just rebranded as 'Defiance 2050' and re-released on the Xbox One. Defiance 2050 is a reimagined or revamped Defiance, so you'll experience the same story, but we enhanced the game with new classes, abilities, and weapon systems. We plan to add more story and end game content in the future to evolve the story even further.

I kept hearing people say it was a 'reimagine' and the devs were doing things that they couldn't do on the last gen but I have 5 hours into it already and it feels exactly the same as the version I played on the Xbox 360. Hell on the Xbox One, it dosen't even say Defiance 2050, it just shows up as Defiance. It's still fun but unless there is something new that I am missing, then I really don't have the time to go back and replay an old game like this.

Hopefully they are just holding some things back.
