Just to expand on that though, the house is by the healer and is initially boarded up and shows no indication of being able to be entered; you have to use an attack on the boards (which opens up the house), go into the house, and then right click the infernal machines in your inventory to open the portal to the uber bosses, which drop the materials.

Bear in mind that the difficulty directly affects the amount of infernal machine drops from the keywardens and the amount of crafting materials from the uber bosses. Just want to further add to this. The crafted hellfire amulets will only spawn your passive if you also craft the correct main stat.The hellfire amulet recipe has 3 choices, 'of Dexterity', 'of Intelligence' and 'of Strength'. If your class is say a Necromancer (whose primary stat is Intelligence), you will only be guarenteed a necromancer passive if you choose the 'of Intelligence' option, otherwise you'd a passive from a class that uses the main stat instead, eg if you used 'of Dexterity' instead, you will end up with either Monk or DH passive.
